A note from Omar
Some months you build, and some months you get to ship. This is the biggest month in Sahab's history: Sahab Key, our own property management platform, is live, and Uswah Institute, the largest project we have ever built for a client, has opened its doors. Years of work are now out in the world where they belong. Here's what that looks like.

Sahab Key is live
Sahab Key is complete property management for independent property managers and landlords. One system runs the whole operation: rent collection with autopay that retries failed payments on its own, a tenant portal people actually use, maintenance requests with photos, leases signed online, Section 8 payments, and an AI layer that flags tenant risk and drafts owner reports.
The books balance to the cent, and rent goes straight to your account; Sahab never holds your money. It is white-label too, so a management company can run it under its own name and colors. All of it at a price that is hard to argue with.

Client launch
Uswah Institute opens its doors
Our largest client build to date is live. Uswah Institute is a full online Islamic learning platform: live Hifz, Qaida, Tajwid, and Arabic classes with teachers who hear every letter, structured lesson flows that carry a student from first letters to memorization, and practice rooms to keep the momentum between classes. The whole platform runs in English and Arabic, right to left and all.

Chefless is our social recipe and meal planning app for iPhone. Keep your own recipe book, share what you cook, and plan the week in a shared Kitchen with your family, where everyone sees what's for dinner and the shopping list builds itself from the plan. Less "what should we eat" and more eating.

One tip
Scope the keys before you connect AI
| Before you connect an AI tool to your email, files, or accounting, give it the least access that still does the job: its own account, read-only where possible, and a key you can revoke. The Hugging Face story above happened because an AI agent had more room than anyone intended. The fix is the same for a Fortune 500 and a five-person shop: scope the keys, then connect. |
