When I was coming up with a name for the company, I explored a lot of different words, but none of them felt meaningful or inspiring enough. I knew I wanted an Arabic word that carried a technological meaning while still being easy to say and remember.

I started thinking about terms from the tech world — quantum, security, computing — and then naturally landed on “cloud.” Cloud computing is modern, widely used, and central to the industry. Translating it to Arabic, one cloud is sahaba, and many clouds are sahab. Since I’ll be building many things, sahab felt more appropriate.

For the second part of the name, I wanted a word people already associate with technology. I considered “websites,” but I’m building more than that. I thought about “technology,” which was a strong possibility, but I wanted something more specific. What am I actually building? Solutions. So the name became Sahab Solutions — simple, modern, easy to say, and most importantly, inspiring.
